"I asked for a first floor room on my reservation, arrived shortly after check in and no first floor rooms were available. I was given a 2nd floor room, opened the door and the bed covers were all over and the room had not been cleaned. Back to the reservation desk and attendant Mike went up to check on another room before giving me a key. No kleenex and the ledge above the door was dirty and the wash cloth and towels had black stains on them. No ice, machine was broken. When I walked the door out back the first floor rooms looked in disrepair and not being used. Today I am staying in a Red Roof Inn in Walterboro SC and they have clean rooms, an ice machine, it feels like a different and better hotel chain. Thanks for listening."

"Way over priced for the stay —old filthy room -stained furniture -carpet is dirty —mirrors looked like they have never been cleaned —poor value "

"Staff were very kind. When I booked the room it advertised a fridge in the room and when I checked in they told us there was no fridge. We have a truck and found the parking lot very tight to fit in a single spot and open doors. All carpets should be replaced. "

"It is a great value for the price. Easy to get downtown, and we loved the extra space. The breakfast looked like it was no frills, but I'm not a breakfast guy. I would certainly stay there again"

"Parking is not free at this hotel. We walked in and asked the man behind the counter because we saw signs all over the parking lot about using your phone to pay for parking and he was very rude about telling me I “absolutely HAD to pay for parking”. He didn’t know why the site said that we did not have to pay because you ALWAYS have to pay to park your vehicle at THIS hotel. Other than the front desk clerk, the hotel was enjoyable. Clean room, nice beds & clean pool. "

"Overall, the property was in good condition . The hall carpet on the 5th floor was uneven and I nearly tripped on it twice. Three days in a row the clerk at the main desk looked like he had just gotten out of bed"
