"Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and made the check-in and out easy. The staff spoke to you in passing and took the time to ask if you needed anything. I heard two of the staff having conversations with visitors in the breakfast room just like they had know them all their lives. Breakfast was ok. "friendly staff. i didnt read prior reviews of this property otherwise i probably would not have booked... but i always check the room for bugs before settling in.. i found no bugs thankfully as other reviews have stated. i highly recommend the property invest in a better vacuum... as a hotel that accepts pets you should have a vacuum that gets their hair out the carpet.. so much animal hair on the carpet...i woke up a bit stuffy because of it. it was cheap and convenient for what i needed and...
