"A big factor Breakfast was cold both days We ate at 830 n 7 am when it opened solve it by Putting 2 microwaves in to warm the items up everyone in eating area was saying same issue. Lots just put their plate of food in the trash Not sure your kitchen staff is to qualified the first day a worker I told said oh the heating elements were not on..2 day the worker left lids off every severing container Windows ledge in room was thick with dust Other in that we enjoyed our 2 night stay I usually do not complain but cold breakfast"
