"The hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the park, river, shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was also lovely with an amazing outdoor space and breakfast had a good choice of food and catered well for dietary requirements. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, although the sofa bed was a bit battered. The only real complaint was the noise from the air con unit in the room which was very loud and rattled, but everything else about the hotel was fantastic "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel and I can't believe I got it for the price I did. I stayed alone on business mid week and the facilities were brilliant. A high standard Spa with a beautiful view out of the windows, decent sized gym (although it opened quite late at 7am, not the best when you have an early start - 6am would be perfect) and I even treated myself to a late evening massage (Emily was great). The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the staff were all very polite and helpful. I'd be staying much more often if the price was that achievable mid week (circa £120)."

"Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have."
