Upon arrival, we found dirt around the bed area and stained armchairs with visible hair. Worse, the windows had accumulated mold, suggesting a long-term lack of deep cleaning. Families should also be aware of hidden costs: unlike many competitors, this hotel charges for children's breakfast. Furthermore, the fitness center and pool are third-party facilities requiring an extra fee—a crucial detail missing from the description. Had this been disclosed, we would have booked elsewhere. The breakfast was mediocre at best, lacking variety and staples like croissants or smoothies."

"We had a great stay at your hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bottled water was much appreciated after our late arrival. The toiletries provided were also a thoughtful touch. This was our second stay, and definitely not our last. Highly recommend—especially for early flights or late arrivals, with just a 10-minute walk to the airport."

"Pros: absolutely plumb in centre of town, free parking at rear of Inn, great pub, lovely breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. Cons: a tad expensive for what was a tiny room which badly needs an upgrade - carpet very thin and threadbare and shower was nothing more than a trickle!"
