"The Clayton is well located near to the terminal . The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. The food was expensive for what was served and the standard and quality could be improved. "
"I loved the convenience of the hotel to the airport. Was disappointed that there were no rooms available for early check in being I arrived at 8:30 am. That hotel was spotless and the staff were great. Definitely would stay again. "

"The building is aged but overall is good. Bed linen is clean, bed is comfortable. Check in and out was fast. We needed to arrive airport at 4am, this was a good choice in terms of money n distance. 20 mins drove to APH car drop off point, then took 15 mins shuttle bus to Terminal 1. "
"Service is always great here the staff are lovely. Breakfast is superb and a lot to choose from. Creamy mushrooms on sourdough with spinach and egg is the best thing ive every had anywhere in the world, you have to try it. Compliments to the chef 👍"

Its cheap & its cheap for a reason.
Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard.
I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet.
Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle.
No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews.
& no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B.
I feel its sensibly priced for the room.
