"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "I went to Manchester to watch a football match and wanted a hotel to sleep and rest. Great hotel, very good breakfast and free parking. I recommend it."

"A hidden gem. Staff make the difference with their welcoming arrival and food was lovingly prepared catering for vegetarian and pescatarian. The room was super cosy clean and catered for all essentials a cup of tea or coffee is much needed. Everything was lovely thank you to all the staff every one of you are an asset to the hotel and pub. We will visit again. "
