"Had a fantastic one night stay here. Couldn’t fault anything about the property or the staff. The only thing was the aircraft noise however that didn’t stop me and my partner having a good nights sleep. Will definitely return."

"There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. "

When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason.
Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard.
I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet.
Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle.
No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews.
& no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B.
I feel its sensibly priced for the room.
