Went to reception, gave us option of room next door had a look holes in bed linen room smelled. Was asked to make a decision on what room as another family was coming soon and would have other room. Also had to pay extra to use swimming pool Ended up leaving and paying for another hotel"

"The hotel building and car park are satisfactory, and the staff are frindly. However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable—the pillows felt old, and the mattress seemed worn out, with springs that made sleeping feel like sinking to the bottom. Additionally, the bathroom had low water pressure, which made showers less enjoyable. Overall, while the staff and facilities are fine, the bedding and bathroom issues significantly affected my stay."
