"Great resort"

"Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet. "

"Graceland is so family friendly the staff are so accomodating and helpful at every request This is so conveniently located and a walk across the road tot he beach lots of pools to choose from the rooms are comfortable and air con was reliable "

"This hotel did not disappoint. the staff was so accommodating. be sure to ask for matthew, he’s amazing. The food. the rooms. everything’s was impeccable. keep in mind though, the hotel is an hour plus from the airport so plan accordingly "

"It is a very nice resort. To further improve, I would guess more onsite children arcade style games and family activities like live magic, dance/disco etc would have made it a very good place, an exceptional one *_*"

"Incredible experience. Super comfortable and for a fantastic price. A wonderful private cooking class, relaxing private beach with swings and top quality facilities. Customer and room service were very professional and very responsive ie needed an iron for the wedding I had to attend and they responded imminently with an iron and board arriving to the room in a few minutes. A truly beautiful location and one of the best hotels my wife and I have every stayed in! "
