"Was the Hot tub hot enough??? Idk. It was literally over capacity with children.
Was the steam room or dry sauna relaxing? No. They too were packed with children who left doors open allowing the rooms to cool down.
Was there ample towels for when we got out of the sauna? Nope. I even walked outside, across the property to the front desk to ask for a couple towels. I was told they would have to be brought by housekeeping. We trusted towels would arrive and they never did. We spent a good 30 min in the dry sauna and when we came out we had to drip dry before walking back to our rooms. No one even showed up with towels "
