"It was a nice hotel, a little old inside, but the room was spacious, we got a suite, lobby was really inviting and cosy and a nice pool."

8/10 Good
"It was a nice hotel, but definitely felt overpriced, but knowing that Jasper faced a disastrous fire a few years ago, I felt like I was donating to Jasper’s economy and to help rebuild one of the hotel buildings, it looked like they had a huge project happening. The building we stayed in was modern and nice."

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"You can’t go wrong with the Fairmont. It was lovely. You will be walking a lot to get to the main lodge from your accommodations. I didn’t expect that. Also didn’t expect that parking is not nearby. I think you can call the front desk and they will send a golf cart to pick you up if you need assistance. Our room was updated and very comfortable. We went to town for all of our meals. The Fairmont meal and drink prices are definitely resort level. We wanted to stay at a park lodge and it was very nice but I would probably not do it again unless someone else was paying for it. The workout area was wonderful and the pool and hot tub was as well. In general I don’t like the idea of having to pay a daily resort fee. I feel it should be part of the room charge. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. The location is isolated from the town so you will need transportation if you want to explore the area."
