The property is well situated for all the activities in the French Quarter and the docks, rooms are a little dated but clean and have the essentials. Nice pool area and hydration station. Friendly staff especially Jaquan who works at the front reception area, very friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel as we were looking for a reasonably priced hotel with easy access into New Orleans. It was a good 4 night stay, with the car parked up for the duration. We used public transportation the full time, getting on and off the bus just on the road by the hotel. The bus tickets also allowed us unlimited use on the Street Cars within New Orleans. Delightful staff. Excellent level of cleanliness. The pool is a definite plus. Wonderful location for the river, dining and attractions.

Concierge was super helpful. The free collapsible water bottle was a nice freebie and could use the water fountain in reception. Vending machines are a bit temperamental but very close to shops

Our balcony room overlooking Bourbon was wonderful (if a little noisy at times!). The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the pool courtyard a lovely oasis from the heat of the day. Overall we had a lovely trip!

Exactly what we wanted. Bourbon Street is an exciting, vibrant, sometimes gaudy, experience and to be in the middle of it was excellent. However, despite being so close, the hotel internally is calm, relaxed, professional, and immaculate. So needed those hours by the lovely pool and sitting quietly in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble for the bar and front desk staff. We chose well.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Close to the action but whilst in a busy street quiet in the hotel room. Didn’t get disturbed once. Staff were all very helpful.
