"My bedding or room wasn't cleaned everyday. Something I thought was done as protocol, you have to request it. My first time ever experiencing that rule but other than that I have zero complaints. I'm not complaining about the bedding and room cleaning, it was just my first time staying somewhere that you have to request your room to be cleaned/bedding changed. I will definitely book there again"

"Room was clean and comfortable. The facility is nice. I think the staffing needs to be worked on. There was no ice bucket or cups in the room and had to go to desk to get them. Then discovered no washcloths and it took almost a half an hour for them to bring them. This was 11:00 at night. Continental breakfast was sparse and the juice Machine ran out. If those things were fixed we would stay again."

"Check in was easy with plenty of staff. The rooms and hotel property were clean and updated. The hotel is centrally located downtown next to the Gerald Ford and Grand Rapids Museum. It has all the amenities one needs including complimentary parking. We stayed the night to enjoy a concert at the Van Andel arena. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle - a 5 minute ride, to the event. It was very easy to arrange. After the concert, the van was next to the arena for pickup. Due to all the traffic, we decided to walk back to the hotel using the Blue Bridge. It was a quick 10 minute walk. We felt very safe. Next time there is an event in Grand Rapids we want to attend, this Holiday Inn gets our vote. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at CityFlatsHotel in Grand Rapids. Our room was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The parking was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to come and go throughout our stay. We especially loved the central location—we were able to walk to local shops, restaurants, speakeasies, and the riverfront, which made exploring the city so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Rapids."
