"The staff was excellent, they where at best, I booked this hotel because it look beautiful on the outside, but the rooms were not so great. My tv was not functioning, the ac made a weird dripping noise, there was no microwave, the ice machine broke, but everything was good at the lobby, the restaurant food was great, the shuttle to Disneyland was great as well, the staff was so great! But the buses where old, I believe staff did it’s best on what they got! That’s why I gave a overall score of 3 stars.. thank you. "

"The staff was rude, the man who was supposed to help with fixing the card for parking was terrible and he didn't even fix it. Cleaning service had to be called multiple times to get the room cleaned. "

"Right in the middle of everything parking is free many restaurants inside of the hotel secure hotel floors big room tall ceilings. Pool area is nice close to everything."
