"On check in, the staff were polite, helpful and willing to help with all our questions. Kaushik and the young lady (I didn't get her name), were excellent, and later, Jude met us and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.
In the lounge, Brewster, Philipi, and Nglapem were very attentive and provided a great service.
In the Lotus cafe, Lalit alwats sertved us with a smile.
Whilst there are works going on in the hotel, most of the services were still available except the steam, sauna and kids pool. This didn't deter the hotel being one of the best!
The rooms were clean and comfortable with good products, the cleaning staff made sure everything was stocked up.
The breakfast is one of the main highlights and it didn't fail to meet expectations, a great feast!"
