"Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were lovely and clean . Bed was very comfortable and the pillows too. Lovely hotel . Just location for concerts at Eden Park. Only a suggestion it would have been great if there were tissues in the rooms. Other than that I would stay there again. "

"Our stay was short but amazing. Our host made us feel at home. The house and rooms are charming and had everything we needed. The grounds are great and inviting. We had a little rain but still enjoyed the birds and the quiet atmosphere. The views on to the city and sky tower are perfect. Walking to dinner was not a problem and we had awesome Cambodian food at Tinfenys in the ponsonby central food court."

"This is a lovely place to stay, right across from the beach and a short walk (10 minutes max) down the road to the main shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and well maintained. It was quiet so road noise etc didn't bother you. The owners were friendly and helpful. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again 😊"

There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much. 2) The washer and dryer...
