Love how there there’s a separation between the casino and the lobby so there is not a smell of smoke anywhere and you can avoid the casino if it’s not your thing. Love the convenience of the row with all the different stores and restaurants to enjoy. Hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to all the activities within the city."

"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"
