"Horribly expensive and disappointing corporate travel experience! Will never go back or lodge workers there again. Difficult staff, long lines for help, repeated information requests for expenses, missing charge receipts and conflicting booking vs charged issues. More than 8 hours trying to get enough consistent info from them to pieces expenses. On top of that; they are adjacent to an active rail road yard where cars are banging and clanging all night."

"Room was clean, lobby staff not helpful. Asked for more towels and coffee and I was given attitude by the housekeeper. One night we walked back to our room and it smelled soo strongly of cigarette smoke. There were a couple times that random people tried getting into the elevator without a key. Shower head was terrible. Sprayed everywhere. Water was too hot. Other than that, my kids had fun. "

"Lots of people hanging out in the lobby charge $50 if you check in before three, even if your room is ready. The poor employees get the backlash. A lady was ready to check in at 2:30 and they still charged her $50 even though it was only a half an hour until three."
