"Too long lines for breakfast. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired and furniture was in shabby condition. Staff was excellent. We have never won in their casino so go elsewhere."

"The air conditioner worked great, we really liked our room on the floor level which had an oversize king size bed, desk, convertible lounge chair and desk shower, walk in shower and a large separate area to hang close in, place personal items on a large counter top and dress in. A very nice room for the price!"

"No fridge no microwave no decent coffee maker and no blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the pool closes at 7pm for kids and 8 pm for adults and no jacuzzi!! Very disappointing in all aspects I will not be staying here ever again and I come to Laughlin multiple times a year. It’s our go to for the seados and lake use"

"I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. While I definitely expected an extra fee, I never thought it was going to be almost triple the price. We barely had money for the rest of our trip because of it, and when I mentioned this in the Google review, I got a response saying to email someone about it. I did, and never got a response. I'll absolutely never stay there again, the rooms are outdated, the AC barely worked, and it just isn't worth it if you're bringing a dog with you. "
