No response from her at all.. very robotic.. no smile or anything heres your keys..elevator behind you..arrived to our room..strong smell of smoke and cleanser. We requested a smoke free room. We leave to go get food. We return and there isn"

"Deceiving! We were looking forward to our stay but were EXTREMELY disappointed. Our check in process was a mess as our room key kept getting deactivated. Front desk is nothing shy of useless and clueless. They were unable to provide us with a resolution other than to wait. The rooms itself are OLD and DIRTY! We had gnats all over our room, the AC was not cooling properly, phone was missing buttons as mentioned by a previous guest and the tv was discolored. Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are kid sized. I have no idea how this place is considered a “4-star” hotel when it lacks basic necessities. The rooms are old and unkept. Save yourself the trouble and money - BOOK ELSEWHERE!"
