"All the elevators were broken so had to take 10 flights of stairs to my floor with my bags in tow. I was told it would be fixed in 40 minutes but they stayed down for the whole stay. "

"Yes thanks you guys for a nice stay at the hotel. Everything promised was delivered. This is a great location if you want to visit the James Bay area of Victoria. Super close to ferry , Harbour air , water taxi etc etc. whale watching. Its about $70 taxi ride from the main airport. All very nice we were happy in this very quite hotel !"
