"I would like to mention a few serious concerns from my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not what I expected. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, which immediately gave a poor first impression and made the room feel poorly maintained. Another very upsetting situation happened in the parking lot. I accidentally left my suitcase behind my car in the parking area, and when I realized and came back for it, it was gone. The suitcase had been stolen. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially while traveling. Because of these issues, I strongly believe the hotel should pay more attention to room cleanliness and overall security in the parking area to help prevent situations like this from happening to other guests in the future."
