"The showers had lukewarm water. It was not hot and the breakfast was terrible eggs were cold trays of potatoes and sausage were empty and not refilled in a timely fashion. The check-in staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but there’s something about the hotels in North Carolina especially Raleigh. I’ve stayed in four and all four have had issues with hot water getting a warm or hot shower is very important to a lot of folks to stay in these places it needs to be fixed"

" My wife and I traveled so often for our daughter’s soccer games and last weekend we were visiting Duke University. We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us. The staff were respectful and even though we met different people on Saturday and Sunday they all treated us as valued customers through their little gestures towards us and we sincerely appreciate them.
