The front desk clerk was wonderful, but our room had no toilet paper in it. The bathroom door hit the toilet and the outside was not attractive and around the pool area was very messy.

I think the carpet was moldy. I walked on it bar4efoot and it was gummy! The bathroom and fixtures were clean. They ran out of coffee. For the rice I can see that it was worth what I paid. The safe was inoperable. I could hardly pull out the handle to take a shower but within 10 minutes the plumber showed up and fixed it. The place is OK...a roof over your head. Safe and convenient.

The hotel is old. They put a little money in 5 years ago? This room, on 6th floor, did NOT smell like mildew. Last 3, on floor 4 & 5, did have a distinct odor! The shower pressure is weak and had warm water!??? Again, worst, most ridiculous part is the “cable situation”!?!? It would be embarrassing for 1974! 2-38(?) with 7-8 channels having no reception! Several duplicates!??? Don’t think ABC, CBS, NBC are included!?!? 2 popular channnels, TBS & TNT, have NO VOLUME!?!??? The front desk told me it’s been a year since key-card entry was available after hours!?!? Electronic readers don’t work!

Property needs a new overhall...Staff was great and went out of there way to greet us!As far as room , it was outdated...I would stay again if I had to in a pinch of time...there was no roaches or bugs whitch I was really happy with...Elevators smelled.

It’s an old(er) x-Ramada. They spent a little money on common areas/hallways. The rooms are outdated! Shower has minimal to zero hot water! Furniture is nasty(stains!) **most objectionable to me is the tv/cable!?!?? Small tv(possibly a monitor?) that emits buzzing sounds on a lot of channels! Only a handful of channels available! 2 popular(TBS/TNT) channels have ZERO/NO sound!?!?!? That’s an embarrassment. Pillows are miserable.

It’s an old(er) hotel. 3-5(?) years ago a little money was put in but funds must of dried up? Gave up “Ramada” and quit updating!?!? This room smelled really bad, mildew!!!! A/c was weak? Shower was awful, no pressure, awhile to get warm!??? This am no hot water???? Again, same TV issues as last time. Limited channels, 2 popular channels, TBS/USA, had NO volume!?!?? It’s an old(er) property. A few years back, it was Ramada, they were “remodeling”…it seems they did the minimum. Below average trades as paint is smeared on frames, fixtures, etc Room was clean, furnishings ok Shower took awhile to get warm water. Tv had minimum (31) channels and 5-6 of those didn’t connect? 2 stations had no volume!?!? It’s ok

This place is full of druggies , dirty , roaches , rusty and broken furniture . Worse place I have ever stayed at and if it wasn’t so late I would have left but stayed till the morning then left . Never again . I couldn’t even shower it was so dirty . Had a roach by my bed I had to kill . Do not stay here !!!

Only thing I would say about the property is update the amenities. And put a fan in the bathroom for ventilation. Add a few more cable options. I feel like I spent a lot of money on this room for an outdated experience with my stay. Other then that. It was cool.

Very disappointed with the service (except the night time front desk personnel): *Front desk never provided the toiletries as promised. *Room cleaning lady kept rushing us to clean our room (she even woke us up @9am when we were staying for another night). When she did clean, left towels thrown on the rack. *Elevators were dangerously shaky. *Charging us $15 for a continental breakfast is ridiculous! *Tv channels were limited to only a few. Overall, way over priced ($100 deposit too??!) for this place.
