"We were there when the typhoon hit. Rain water was sipping into the room. The carpet was wet. We were moved to another room immediately. The next day we were moved again because the air condition unit needed service. Other than that the stay was very pleasant."
"The third time I stay here for its convenient location, and I’m surprised that there’s a big improvement on the services overall. Among other things the staff is more helpful and friendly than what I experienced before."
"My four days trip to HK was amazing thanks to all the staffs in Gateway Marco Polo Hotel from the very moment I walked into the hotel and walked out. I travel a lot so I know not every hotel has these kind of staffs that are so detailed and caring. They were helpful in every possible way and their english were also very good so there won't be any problem communicating with them. The room was very clean, spacious and the view out the window was superb. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great about this hotel. I plan to book this hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong again and would highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to travel to HK! :)"
