"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. "Traveled here for 2 nights, 3 days with our two toddlers - the perfect location. Would highly recommend the Thames apartment if you are traveling with small children as there is a separate room for them to nap and sleep in. Staff were incredibly accommodating, and everyone was wonderful to our littles (especially Lamesh at the front!). Gemma was so helpful in the reservation process, and the room was set up perfectly for our arrival. Stunning views, centrally located, great breakfast with plenty of options and high chairs for the little ones. Will absolutely be staying there again in our next visit to London."

"This is a really lovely hotel and in a good location. It is nicely decorated and the toiletries in the bathroom are very nice. My only gripe is that the rooms were a lovely size but the beds in comparison were quite small. Lovely comfortable pillows but I couldn’t get over the size of the bed. I’m only 5 foot 7 but my husband is 6 foot 4, we are not large people but we struggled to sleep due to the size of the bed. Also, there is nowhere to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe or hangers which I also found a bit odd and slightly annoying. The staff upon arrival checking in and checking out were very nice so can’t grumble. Overall, really nice and stylish property but could do with improving bed size"
