"Inital room booked had roaches. The front desk did not seem surprised. They offered another room in the same building. I declined. Roaches infestations are rarely localized to a single room in a building. Then they offered a room in a separate building. It worked out."

"They had a large contingent of construction workers staying there. Im sure it was a coincidence that my laptop was stolen from the rental car in front of the hotel. Kinda out of the way from everything."

"I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look clean."
