Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The room felt dated and damp but the location was convenient. The a/c unit was terrible and did not keep the room cool. It was ok for one night as a traveler but i would spend a little more for something a little newer next time.

The room we were assigned didn't look anything like the photo of the room we booked. We had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night because the toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom after flushing. The room we were moved to was MUCH NICER than the room we initially were assigned. Not sure why the hotel chose to put us in a substandard room that obviously was not in good condition or renovated when they had other rooms available. Needless to say an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing stay at this property. Buyer beware!!!!

Room had a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfy and room service was available without request. For the price, it was a fine stay. Breakfast was good and a plus. Bathroom fan did not work but the shower was nice. Elevator was half broken but we were still able to get to our rooms just fine. Overall I would stay here again if I visited Pinehurst again.

Great customer service from all the staff. Very quiet and was not disturbed. Check in and out was easy. The breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was awesome. The room was clean. I did have a humming noise that came from the refrigerator but it wasn't that bad but needs to be fixed. Overall it was great for my business stay.
