Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. The staff were super helpful when we arrived to check in close to mid night. We wanted to book on a tour at the last min and the team tried to arrange it for us as best as they can, and the recommended tour was well organised with excellent service as recommended. Breakfast choice suits all of us with best view from the pier. Not to mention, sunrise from the harbour view room was spectacular! Sunset from the linked first floor deck outside was great.

A great hotel in a great location = high price! Breakfast alone will set you back $45/day, but if you're smart about the package you book it's a little bit of luxury in walking distance to Auckland City centre.

It ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay before flying out in the morning.

I asked to change the booking to 1 person on arrival, due to friend cancelling, but this was kindly done. Friendly staff. The spa bath was great after a long flight and days of walking. Close to hospital and hospice, & conveniently placed to easily get into the city using the frequent buses from Smales Farm (5 mins walk), although its position means a lot of traffic noise. It took a while to get the best wifi on 2nd floor. All davilities as described.

All I needed was there. The staff were helpful and the ride to the airport relatively quick. Its not posh but clean, the bed is comfortable, tea, coffee and a few snacks were provided. Microwave, car parking and the gates were secured at night. Thank you .

It marked our inaugural visit to New Zealand, and our experience was exceptionally inviting and comfortable. The bus stop is conveniently just a 3-minute walk away. The studio room was huge, with more amenities available that we thought there would be (washer, drier, cleaning products). Huge comfortable bed (soft mattress). Parking sorted on arrival (45 NZD$ per night). Plenty of plug sockets. Overall, great value for money.
