"We just stayed for one overnight, but the hotel was in a very walkable, cozy part of town. Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight. Breakfast in the morning was very basic; coffee, juices, big cinnamon rolls. Do not hesitate to book a room."

Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to departure. ​The condos are always spotless and well-maintained—I’ve stayed in several different units now, and each one has been a "home away from home" with its own fun charm. If you enjoy fishing, the lake access here is fantastic! It’s consistently an awesome experience, and I’m already looking forward to my fifth visit. Highly recommended! "Very nice, unique, cozy place to stay! Lacking on a few finer details in which I messaged the 970# provided about, without a response. Most of the issues had to do with lack of attention to the kitchette area… food left in fridge from previous guests, not enough coffee, dirty cabinets… However, this number was contacted during our stay, and was very helpful when a breaker was tripped. Would definitely stay here again despite the details mentioned above being subpar."

"Everything was wrong, I guess bad month. I was told by the staff, don’t loose your key because we leave by 9:00 and you won’t be able to get into your room because nobody will be there. The town itself was closed down."

"Our stay at The Springs Resort had some positives, but overall there were several disappointing aspects. The older units felt very outdated. One of the biggest issues was the hot water in the shower. Most of the time there was no hot water at all, and when it did come through, it was scalding hot and only lasted for a minute or two. We ended up showering at the spa instead. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to fully relax during the stay. Food was another letdown. It was very expensive and did not match the quality. Breakfast options were very limited, and much of the food felt like reheated cafeteria-style food. It was also odd that the main restaurant did not serve breakfast. Dinner certainly was not fine dining, even though the prices suggested otherwise. The restaurant hours also did not make much sense, although that may partly reflect how early the town seems to shut down. That said, the staff were all very nice and accommodating, which we appreciated. The wellness activities were enjoyable, and the spa services were fantastic, though again, overpriced. We would consider making the trip from Orlando again, but would hope to see improvements in the food and dining options in the future."
