"The outside of the building was really run down. When we entered the back of the building with our room key, the door was already unlocked! Breakfast was not too good. Not sure how it had such a high review rating on Expedia."

"I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs. The staff proceeded to argue about a refund and we ended up switching hotels I will never stay at a best western again I also told the hockey tournament directors to stay away from recommending this hotel in the future worst experience I have ever had with a hotel"
