Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. When we arrived we were allocated a room at the front (room 204?), it was quite noisy due to dogs barking. When we spoke to reception about it the following morning we were immediately moved room to a better room at the back (201) without any question or argument. The hotel is in a very narrow alleyway in Old Delhi, cars cannot get to the hotel but staff were very helpful carrying our bags to the taxi. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Namaste Hindustan. The location is excellent and very convenient for travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is also a safe and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely love to stay here again

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. This is the best budget hotel I have come across so far in my 10yrs of travel in some part of Europe,India and SE Asia. The best you can get for your hard earn money. I want to see this hotel chain all over in India and competitors beware of this Idea or get ready to revamp your business. A first class hotel and very good value for money! The staff are all extremely attentive and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The emails I sent beforehand to arrange the room and airport pick up were all handled quickly and professionally by friendly staff. Complimentary snacks were much appreciated and, although we were not around to try the food here much, what we had was very nice. Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.
