"Our room was small, but had everything we needed. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good but could have used one or two more options. Our tv was cutting out often during part of our stay. I enjoyed the shampoo/body wash they provided. The property was clean and well maintained."

"We got a room with club lounge access. The website did not state that the appetizer and dessert selection was not available on Friday and Saturday which was one of the main draws for this hotel for us. The pool had a light broken and and lying on the pool floor. The breakfast was wonderful but the hotel was noisy as you could hear every door close like it was your own door. The room we had had a pullout couch but no bedding in the room for it. The hotel was ok, though the rooms were definitely not as clean as I would have preferred and the bathroom was tiny and a larger person could not fit easily and move."

What truly made our experience special, though, was the incredible staff. Every person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Kristen, who went above and beyond with her kindness and exceptional service. She upgraded our room, was always friendly and helpful, and even surprised us with brownie ice cream after we had a disappointing experience at a nearby restaurant. Her thoughtfulness turned a difficult moment into something memorable. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so sincere. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so relaxing and unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!"
