The property was clean. The service was good. The mattress was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The room had a number of versatile spaces. My biggest complaint was how you could hear practically everything and into all hours of the night.

My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. Basic amenities, mini fridge in the room but a clean room. Staff were nice. Microwave, filtered water, tea, hot cocoa packets available all day on the 1st floor in the reception area. I saw a small gym with 2-3 treadmills that I didn't utilized. Wide elevators. Breakfast was included (cereal, bagels, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, alternating days- bacon or sausage). If you don’t like their breakfast- there is a well known fastfood (McD) restaurant very close waking distance. About 7 minute drive to a healthy grocery store. I believe there were a few restaurants across the hotel that I didn't utilized. The area/neighborhood appears clean and pretty safe. I would definitely stay at this same hotel again.
