"I did not eat breakfast but since my room was right over the kitchen, my room would get contaminated with the smell of food. The bed sheets had a ton of static. I kept shocking everyone I came in contact with. Not a pleasant place. I will definitely avoid this place in the future. "

"The room was clean, but when check in time came around our room was not ready. There were a couple groups checking in where their rooms were not ready. We had to wait another 2 and a half hours to check in which we were able to go around town with stuff to do instead. Then when we did come back and check in the neighbors were extremely loud all night! This was all into the night even at midnight. Many people running up and down the halls and slamming doors and screaming and laughing in the halls and next door. "

"Hotel was clean, front desk staff was super helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was a little busy but there was a constant replenishing of food items and someone was always there cleaning up the area. Overall we would book again in the future. "

The staff in the cafeteria such as Isabel was so professional about her cooking and presenting the plate of food I requested when it came to “choose your style” for eggs. Also this was my second time choosing this hotel because my first experience was also great!!"

"The room was decent enough, but it was not checked very well before booking. There was no shower curtain, the safe had no power to operate, the clock was not plugged in, the closet door was tightly stuck closed, and the room phone did not work to call the front desk. Somebody was not on the job."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked a king size bed but the room I was given was significantly smaller than what was advertised. To make matters worse, the room felt completely rundown. The furnishings were worn out, and it clearly hasn't been properly maintained in some time. For the price paid, I expected a certain level of quality and the space I actually reserved. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address the upkeep and ensure guests get the rooms they book."
