The hotel is good, it’s let down by reception staff who either struggle to understand or just don’t want to help guests. I had one bad experience trying to get a room key replaced. And heard other guests had multiple problems.

One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service.
