THE NICI Bournemouth

THE NICI Bournemouth

10/10 Excellent
"Nice place - I did not use the spa. I think the main elevator was under maintenance during my visit and the old one that was in use was pretty tiny and slow. Generally a great value and the room was clean and well appointed. The service at the restaurants was only so so though, but the food was good."

"We enjoyed our long weekend at the Sand Banks Hotel. Our room had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the breakfasts & spent many a happy hour in the outside seating area with the wider family. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly & very helpful. The chambermaids kept the room well, topping up with essentials. We will certainly go again."

"A pleasant family-run establishment that gave a warm and helpful welcome. Very efficient room servicing, not replacing towels or mats unnecessarily - a contribution to poluution reduction, but no notice stating policy. One or two annoying little faults: TV had a weak signal and the screen broke up rather often, soap etc. dispensers didn't dispense without a lot of effort, drawers opened and wouldn't close again."

"I imagine this hotel is wonderful in the Summer but it was absolutely freezing, the heating wasn't even turned on in the building, there was no extra blanket or duvet in the room provided. When I told reception the next day I got blamed for not saying beforehand but wasn't told that customer service was 24/7 when I checked in?
