"Dieses Hotel hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in einen Wasserschaden und kein Strom. Musste mir also ein anderes Hotel suchen. Bei der Stornierung bzw. Rückforderung musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotel eine Übernachtung (von geplanten 4 Nächten) einbehalten hat. Auch eine Reklamation über den Support von Hotels.com war leider nicht erfolgreich und es wurde zu diesem Vorfall nicht direkt oder nur ausweichend Stellung bezogen. Auch meine Mails, weshalb nur ein Teil erstattet wurde blieb...

"Dit is een zakenhotel waar ik vaker ben geweest. Dit keer had ik een zogenaamde Zen-kamer. De kamers zijn rustig, hebben een groot comfort en zijn goed schoon. Internet heeft ook een prima snelheid. Opvallend is de snelheid waarmee het vriendelijke personeel je helpt. Echt niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een enorm brede keuze. Veel meer dan het gemiddelde hotel. "It was such a wonderful surprise, the hotel is in the famous Suzhou traditional garden setting, right next to a park with an ancient tower and beautiful gardens. The rooms are luxuriously furnished with classic Chinese wooden decorations. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. rooms are very clean. The breakfast is outstanding I will go again anytime I go to the area, specially trying to reserve a room that faces the garden with impeccable views. Definitely the place to stay in the city"
