住了兩天，冷了兩天，暖氣壞掉請飯店師傅來看看暖氣，就說暖氣維修，維修兩天也太誇張，然後就說我第一天來上班也不清楚，掉頭就走，然後拿一台破暖爐給我，這樣不是四星級的飯店，跟賓館有什麼差別，而且灰塵也太多了，隔音也很差，再也不會在入住這間飯店了，欺騙消費者。
