"Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. "Fabulous stay as always. This was our 5th stay at lakeside and we love the peace and relaxed luxury of the place. We took full advantage of the pool and surrounding facilities and I had the most amazing facial. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus and we had a fabulous sleep in a very comfy bed. Love it here, and we will return."
