"The room had a great ocean view. The property was older but had been renovated somewhat. Our only complaint was the “pet friendly” building had an odor in the halls (I think from the old carpet) and the room smelled old and not fresh. This was disappointing because you could tell the room was cleaned well but the smell made it feel dirty. Overall the hotel was nice and the amenities including the game room were a perk. Also, the restaurant had really great food and dessert. All of the staff were very friendly. "

"Need to improve security at night, vagrants make the property unsafe at night, not well secured. Would not go out alone at night."

"I have been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Rooms are always very clean and all oceanfront. At check in and checkout staff are very professional and courteous. We ordered room service and they were pretty quick considering the fact that they were extremely busy and food was amazing!!! I had the prime rib and my boyfriend had the seafood pasta and both tasted amazing!!! I do wish they offered breakfast the next morning. But that is definitely not a deal breaker since there are wonderful restaurants nearby that serve breakfast/brunch and super yummy. I do miss seeing the huge jellyfish that was located in lobby area though. Price is also very reasonable. Overall had a great time. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away and destress!!! I will be going back for sure. Thank you "

"Great location. If you are planning your trip with Oregon coast aquarium on the itinerary, this is a convenient spot. Walkable to shopping and restaurants and 5 minutes drive to Nye Beach area. 10 minutes from Yaquina Bay lighthouse "

"Staff was excellent. Check in was prompt. When a key was misplaced. Staff brought one up to the third floor room. Especially appreciated since we are both elderly. The view of the ocean was wonderful! We will visit again. "

"Advertised on expedia as having a pool and restaurant. They did have them, but neither were open or functional. Wanted both with young children a pool was important. Reserved a room with 2 queen beds, they gave use a one bed room. 4 people would not fit. They did quickly correct this error. Just took time and added to the confusion and disappointment. "
