This was our second stay at Waterton Park and we were as pleased this time as we were after our first stay. This time our room was in the main hall - we had a spacious room which was pleasantly warm, beautifully furnished including a four poster bed. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower and full bath and was spotlessly clean. Staff our friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and was tasty and plentiful. Will definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel, in an idyllic location. Everything about Goldsborough is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail .Our room was exceptional and the cleanliness was the best I have seen so far. The gardens are delightful to walk round and the head gardener was very polite and friendly, as were all the staff. We stayed in room 410, it was a beautiful room, lovely decor & finish, a very good size too. Comfortable bed & bedding, the pillows were far to soft for our liking though. We were slightly dubious about potential noise as the room was next to the lift & across from the kitchen but it was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Ashley was the best host. Very professional. We would definitely recommend Ashley and his lovely assistant Lisa, very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. We shall be staying there again. The breakfast is to die for, locally sourced and delicious. You could not ask for more it was all provided and presented with love. We took our little boy for an over night stay and the illuminations and we all loved it. The resort view was great, the illuminations looked great at night from the room. The onsite amenities like the soft play and super child friendly resteraunt were great. We loved the everything about it and have already booked to come back at Christmas this year.

Love this place so friendly and welcoming

We had a lovely welcome on our arrival last Friday. We were very impressed by our room (3) which had a very high standard of decoration. Our room (superior double) had a lovely king- sized bed as well as a very comfortable large sofa. The ensuite bathroom was well thought out with thick towels and a vanity unit with a fantastic mirror. The owners have done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
