Having previously stayed here before, i was awsre of what was to be expected at this hotel. Room heating wasnt on and was quite cold when i entered. Towels were small but clean. Luquid soap dispensers didnt dispense very well.

The location is terrible, the accommodation is dated, the room I had had stains on the walls and the bathroom tiles were stained. The so called carpet in the bedroom was dirty and not even a carpet, they are square office floor tiles cheap and thin material.

Clean but dated room. Had trouble with noisy neighbours and the night porter tried to sort it but wasnt to be....however the manageress Gillian was great sorting a free replacement stay.
