"We really enjoyed staying here. All staff were friendly and the pools were clean and fresh towels were available all the time. We had a red eye flight back home and the hotel allowed us to stay on property until needed. We were provided access to showers and to dry our clothes in the guest lounge room. "

"Clean room, had beach equipment in the room, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, etc. Only single use laundry detergent was provided — had to buy more. Filters for Brita pitcher was there but no pitcher. Room had skylight windows which let in all sorts of noise. One day our neighbors had a birthday party that lasted until midnight. I had to call the office to get them to send security to have them stop since quiet hours was 10pm. But the ceiling windows let sound in everyday (birds, pool, neighbors, etc)"

It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible."
