Beautiful property. Close to the beach-Kamaole beaches just across the street. Good location. Room had beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, goggles, ice bags for picnics. Overall clean. We will use this property again when we return!

The resort or property fee is over more per night night than the nightly cost of the room. I would recommend no another staying somewhere else for the amount charged. Parking was pretty bad since the majority of the spaces are reserved.

We absolutely loved our stay at Signature Residences at Maui Banyan. The condo was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfy beds. The view from the lanai was stunning! The beach is just across the street, and the pools were great for relaxing. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Easy check-in, great communication—this place made our Maui trip effortless and memorable. We’ll be back!

Roaches, bugs, rusty appliances, appliances didn’t work. Aesthetically it was disappointing. There were no matching towels. The silverware didn’t match. The closet doors didn’t close, the mirrors were chipped.. I specifically asked the rental company if the property was updated and they said it was tiptop condition. It’s a total lie.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Signature Residences at Maui Banyan. La chambre était très propre, bien équipée et confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le personnel a été particulièrement agréable et réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La piscine est très bien entretenue et agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite, et le bain à remous était suffisamment chaud pour vraiment en profiter. L’emplacement est un vrai plus, avec la plage à proximité et un cadre magnifique. C’est un endroit idéal pour se reposer tout en ayant accès facilement aux activités de l’île. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hébergement pour un séjour à Maui !
