"This property lives up to all the online photos. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful breakfast, fast to the old town (once we worked out to walk over the old bridge). Staff were fantastic. Gorgeous place. Would definitely stay again."

"One of the best places we've ever stayed. Very tranquil and amenities are great"

" I cannot express enough the attention to detail this property executes to each guest! The staff strives to know you, check with you, & strive to do whatever they can for you. "Beautiful relaxing place to stay while exploring the Tyrol!"

"Spacious room and great staff"

"The property was excellent allround."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. Parking was easy. Although it was close to the city centre it was very quiet. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. All round a lovely place to stay in Merano."

"2nd time stayed here and everybody made us feel welcome. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Amazing breakfast. By far one of Italy's best hotels."

"Amazing stay - incredible for families - lovely hosts very accommodating of our every ask. Thank you again"

"Das Personal war super, die lange wie auch das Essen waren optimal"

"Bodde på hotellet som familj, barn 8 och 10 år. Allt var perfekt, otrolig service, fantastisk frukost och barnen kunde springa omkring fritt och leka."

"This hotel is not recommended to stay the hottest months, the room has no air conditioning and being next to a road with a lot of traffic you can not sleep with the window open. Otherwise it is a hotel that is quite good and surely in the colder months it will be very nice."
