Hotel Merano is a lovely family-run hotel that exceeded our expectations. The entire place gave us a very peaceful vibe and the staff was very courteous, friendly and thoughtful from beginning to end. We were a bit worried that we would feel out of place with a toddler (since the hotel tends to be quiet) but we didn’t feel that way at all. Our stay included a delicious buffet breakfast by the garden/pool. The room was immaculate, perfectly designed, and had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. We sent our clothes to their private laundry facility and they got the task done quickly and for a very reasonable (low) cost. The pool was very clean as well. Merano is a beautiful place to visit and I would go back to Hotel Pollinger in a heartbeat!

Ein tolles Hotel, wir kommen sicher bald wieder! Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Team. Saubere große Zimmer, ein schöner Wellnessbereich, Innenschwimmbad (ca. 30 Grad), der Außenpool war bei 10-15 Grad Tagestemperaturen verständlicherweise nicht mehr beheizt. Auch zwischendurch haben wir jederzeit Snacks, Toast und heißenGetränke bekommen. Auch 2 (11 kW) Ladeanschlüsse sind in der Tiefgarage, und da kann tatsächlich zu sehr fairen Preisen geladen werden. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Küche. Mehrtägige- Menüs abends, und ein fantastisches Frühstück! Es gibt die Tiefgarage und einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Super verwennerij op een top plek!

Het was een geweldige locatie om je verblijf in Merano te vieren. Wat een vriendelijk personeel en wat een gastvrijheid! Ontbijt en diner top! Heel verrassend wat er elke avond voor ons werd bereid! Echt een verwennerij ten top! Wij zijn elke avond in het hotel blijven eten omdat de prijs en kwaliteit echt heel goed was. Een mooie plek voor uitstapjes naar de Stelvio pas maar ook Merano bezoeken is echt een aanrader.

Hotel zum Entspannen und verwöhnen.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben auch Tipps für den Aufenthalt bekommen. Wir wurden stets „umhegt“ . Sie haben sich stets bemüht dem Gast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Kulinarische war stets ein „Highlight“, sprich: immer lecker! Das Hotel Pollinger muss man weiter empfehlen!

This boutique hotel is situated in a lovely part of Merano and within 1 10 min walking distance of the old town. The staff (especially Stephan) was fantastic. Great breakfast and nice outdoor pool, garden and indoor pool and spa facility was exceptional as well. Only complaint is that the bed was slightly hard.

Grandioses Hotel in Bestlage

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im Hotel Pollinger! Die ganze Einrichtung läd zum Wohlfühlen und totalem Abschalten ein. Hier wird noch Wert auf guten Service, Freundlichkeit und Kleinigkeiten gelegt! Der Service an der Rezeption ist wirklich zuvorkommend. Hier haben wir super Tipps für unsere Wanderungen bekommen und dadurch wirklich traumhafte Tage erlebt. Im Wellnessbereich brennen Kerzen wodurch eine richtige Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre entsteht. Das Abendessen ist unschlagbar und kann wirklich jedem nur ans Herz gelegt werden. Auch das Zimmer war tiptop, mit einer schönen Einrichtung und größer als gedacht. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen! P.S. Ein ganz wichtiges persönliches Anliegen von uns ist es noch, etwas richtigzustellen. Oftmals liest man in den Bewertungen das Hotel würde in der Realität nicht so aussehen wie auf den Bildern. Dem widersprechen wir vehement!! Es hat alles genau so ausgesehen, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Genießen sie ihren Aufenthalt in diesem liebevollen Hotel!

5 Minuten zum Bus 15 zur Innenstadt

Schöner Innenpool, angenehm warm. Wir waren im Herbst, Außenpool noch in Betrieb aber leider nicht ausprobiert. Schönes Frühstück.Ruhiges Haus, immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden, Tiefgarage kostenlos nutzbar, sehr schöne Fahrräder die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Sich wohlfühlen wie zu Hause.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück ist super das Zimmer gross und ruhig. Der Pool läd zum baden ein und das Abendessen war jedes Mal ein Gedicht. Wir haben schon wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

einfaches Hotel als alternative

Es war sehr schön. Beim einchecken war es nicht wie ein vier Sterne Hotel sondern eher wie eine gemütliche Kneippe, da wir fast nicht instruiert wurden wo, wann etc. Das Hotel ist aber schön eingerichtet und ein wenig zu teuer für diese Lage die Sie anbietet. Wir mussten sogar am letzten Tag früher aufstehen damit der Chef kassieren konnte, weil er nachher eine Wanderung geplant hat Er hat uns gleich ins Zimmer angerufen Kein vier Sterne Haus macht sowas!! War aber nicht so schlimm. Frühstück war dafür sehr lecker.
