Just got back from a short stay at Vigilius Mountain Resort and it completely lived up to the hype. Taking the chair lift up to the hotel is such a cool experience, and the next one up to the hiking trails is incredibly serene — quiet, peaceful, and with some of the best views you’ll find anywhere. The food and wine were excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, and the whole place has this calm, design-driven atmosphere that feels both modern and timeless. The architecture and interiors are stunning — kind of like something straight out of Mad Men. Wish I’d stayed longer.

This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, along with a delicious breakfast. The area around there has hiking amid beautiful mountain trails. The hot tub and pool were incredible. This is a special place.

La struttura è bellissima e gode di una posizione eccezionale: i dintorni sono pienamente immersi nella natura. Ho soggiornato assieme al mio cane ed anche lui è stato benissimo un posto ideale per passare qualche giorno assieme ai nostri amici a quattro zampe. Il personale è davvero squisito e gentilissimo forse però non con una grande esperienza. Il ristorante elabora piatti da fine-dining, porzioni piccolissime ma non è affatto un esperienza di gusto. Preferirei sapori più semplici e tradizionali ma buoni. Molto interessante l’escursione in ebike da montagna, ma assolutamente fatevi indicare con precisione quale percorso seguire e quali sentieri tassativamente da evitare.

Wir waren schon häufig in diesem Hotel und wissen recht gut, was wir daran haben. Bislang hatten wir immer direkt über die homepage gebucht, nun das erste Mal über diese Seite. Mal abgesehen von der inzwischen offenbar chronisch unterbesetzten Rezeption, wurden wir nun sehr kalt empfangen und fühlten uns deutlich als Gäste zweiter Klasse. Das ist wirklich schade.
