We read excellent review about the Oberoi and they responded to all our expectations. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very attentive to details. We chose a room with a private swimming pool in the back garden. It was nice to have a quiet place to read and play with my son of 9 years old. I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

Absolutely loved staying here!

Looking forward coming back next year. Hotel has done some positive changes from our last stay. Food options at the beach are much better now than last year. Really like the option of having our Breakfast at the Mexican restaurant . Staff very friendly and management will help you to sort out any problems you might have during your stay. Also enjoyed Sunday lunch for the English guests. The gardens around the hotel are absolutly beautiful. A big credit to the gardeners.

Very friendly staff and amazing pools

The hotel was beautiful it was very clean rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, our cleaner of our room was excellent and friendly he was called Mohamed Hussien we were very impressed with the lovely bed designs he left us and his friendly personality!! Our room was air conditioned which we were very grateful for after a hot day by the pool and beach. Enjoyed 11 nights and planning a return trip. Requested room near beach, received this. Luggage taken to room for us. Main restaurant was ok, chose to eat in Four Corners 8 out of the 11 nights which was excellent - felt like it has more clear choice, good quality and nice surroundings. Pool bar food menu changes each day, pool waiters serving drinks if you are finding it difficult to lift your head off your lounger! We had a really enjoyable stay at the resort. Everything was well organised, the resort itself was lovely, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff deserve a special mention — they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their service really made the holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel after numerous visits here excellent location not far from airport but not on flight path.Staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds and showers with good pressure.Food always good here with plenty of choice and never a problem with sickness here.Overall a very good hotel at a very reasonable price
