One of the hotels with the best service that I've stayed in

Excellent stay. Nothing to complain

Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.

Great hotel and friendly staffs. Enjoyed the stay and restaurant

Nice

We had a great Onam getaway at Gokulam Grand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sadya was excellent. Special mention goes to Sangeetha, Nandana, Akash, Aditya and Onam sadya team. The rooftop bar has a great view. The food was delicious. Overall a grand experience and shall definitely recommend.

Really friendly staff - you feel that your comfort is their number 1 concern. Room is just like the picture, it is spacious and really comfortable. The food is very nice and very reasonably priced. The location is excellent too with shops, sights and good restaurants within walking distance. There is no bar, which is a slight shame, but it appears that will be addressed soon.

He went out of his way to acomadate our internirary-even arriving at 1am to take us towards north Kerela. He was professional, very kind and very knowledgable of local and distant tourist spots! Absolutely stunning hotel, every detail has been thought through from the gardens to the choice of furnishings. Tranquil setting with extremely attentive staff.

Dr Rajan could not have been more helpful. Arranging transport for us from the airport (excellent driver) a home cooked meal on arrival and arranging a trip and massages for us. The apartments are clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.
